The registration fee includes program, hotel (where applicable) & meal costs for the Gathering.
Note: GUESTS of alumni & matriculated students = spouse/partner/adult children
Matriculated students & alumni with guests attending the Gathering MUST register for single occupancy. Please note: Certain programs are open only to students & alumni.
REFUND POLICY FOR CANCELLATIONS for Alumni & Guests:
11 days in advance & earlier (through Tuesday, October 27, 2026) - full refund
10 days in advance & later (starting Wednesday, October 28, 2026):
Alumni:
- Full Gathering reservation fee paid - $340 refund
- 2 nights reservation fee paid - $220 refund
- 1 night reservation fee paid - $120 refund
Guests & Commuters:
- All Guests & Commuters - no refund
